How long does shipping take?
We ship within the United States. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship to US addresses only.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that number to track your package directly with the carrier.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Contact us at support@thistleandtail.co to start a return.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Contact us at support@thistleandtail.co as soon as possible with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll make it right.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We process orders quickly, so cancellations or changes may not always be possible. Contact us immediately at support@thistleandtail.co and we'll do our best to help before the order ships.
